Royal Ascot Hospitality Packages:

 

Boujis Trackside - access to after party (Sat only)

London's award winning exclusive nightspot Boujis will recreate their boutique lounge and club in a luxury marquee during the five days of the Royal Meeting. The specially commissioned Boujis Trackside will feature a private balcony providing fantastic head-on views of the racing action. Inside, guests can enjoy a fine dining experience as well as a uniquely designed bar, delivering the finest cocktails and champagne throughout the day.

Package includes Royal Enclosure guest badge, champagne and canapé reception, 5 course luncheon, fine wines and liqueurs, afternoon tea, parking, complimentary bar, access to after party (Fri & Sat).

Bessborough Restaurant

Combining luxury and elegance, the Bessborough Restaurant is situated in the beautiful Old Paddock area of the Racecourse. This double height restaurant with a private balcony offers superb views of the racing action and Windsor Great Park.

Package includes Couture fashion show, Grandstand admission, balcony views, champagne reception, 5 course luncheon, afternoon tea, car parking, and complimentary bar throughout the day.

Queen Anne Rooms

Located in the Grade II listed Queen Anne Building, all six private dining rooms offer exquisite and graceful surroundings in which to entertain. Some of the rooms have private balconies that overlook the Plaza Lawns. The Queen Anne Rooms accommodate between 12 and 40 people and provide the perfect setting for a private party of clients, colleagues or friends with fine dining and cash bar.

The Old Paddock Restaurant

Overlooking the Pre-Parade Ring and Saddling Boxes, with the beautiful Old Paddock beyond. This wonderful setting offers access to the lawns below the restaurant, as well as easy access to both the Pre-Parade Ring and the Parade Ring.

Package includes Grandstand admission, champagne reception, 4 course luncheon, car parking and complimentary bar throughout the day.

Imperial Events Courtyard

A luxury marquee located directly opposite the main Grandstand and within the racetrack itself. Guests view the racing from a private viewing area which is right on the rail overlooking the finish line and this includes a raised viewing platform.

Package includes Grandstand admission, Pimms reception, 4 course luncheon, afternoon tea, complimentary bar throughout the day and strolling jazz band.
